Bringing SMILES to Children's Faces

while fostering and developing positive interactions and relationships between law enforcement and volunteer law enforcement within the community. Our program is designed to foster trust, provide opportunities to get up close and have intimate and personal interactions with law enforcement, build bridges, and promote community engagement,

ultimately creating a SAFER society by reducing fear of

law enforcement, and increasing trust.

SONNY HORSES 4 KIDS, Working With Our Law Enforcement Partners and Firefighters Helping Children With Disabilities, Special Needs, Trafficked and Abused Children, At Risk Youth and the Kids Next Door. CARING, SMILES, and LOVE go a LONG WAY

SONNY HORSES 4 KIDS EVENTS are FREE. EVERY child receives a beautiful soft SONNY BOY plushie, a Junior Deputies Badge or a Junior Police Officer Shield. Some include a fun and beautiful painted face while enjoying delicious food, and more.

SONNY HORSES 4 KIDS is Creating Positive Relationships with LAW ENFORCEMENT, CHILDREN and the COMMUNITY

We use Sonny Boy, Sonny the Kid and other horses from our many mounted resources in Ventura County as a bridge to lower the temperature while sharing how law enforcement Is here for them, before they might need help, If they're In trouble, if their parents or friends need assistance, anything that may come up,

all the time, anytime.

We're here for them and we're on their side.

Our events provide education and close interactions with Friendly Sheriff's Deputies, Firefighters, Police Officers and others, including their assorted vehicles.

Sonny Horses 4 Heroes, believes in recognizing the Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters and First Responders who go above and beyond for our community. They may not always receive the biggest awards, but their dedication deserves to be celebrated!
